At Drive Medical, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your items, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn garments with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the unworn clothing in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
